About Paulina Fernandes, MD

I am a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician with twenty years of experience working in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine. I am also a Professional Certified Health and Nutrition Coach, providing online coaching and webinars to individuals, families and groups.


I help clients in the Massachusetts area who are struggling with Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes, or being Overweight. As a Health Coach, I take the time to really help clients to understand their health and disease. I teach clients about healthy nutrition, lifestyle medicine and natural paths to healing. I help clients to lose weight, gain energy and improve blood glucose control so they can enjoy feeling healthy and vibrant again.
